The Indian Navy sealed a deal with Tata Power Strategic Engineering Division (Tata Power SED) for supply of portable diver detection sonar which are fitted on ships to detect underwater threats.
Tata Power Strategic Engineering Division (Tata Power SED) has partnered with Israel's DSIT Solutions Ltd for manufacturing the sonars under technology transfer at its facility in Bengaluru.

भारतीय नौसेना ने पोर्टेबल डाइवर डिटेक्शन सोनार की आपूर्ति के लिए टाटा पावर स्ट्रेटेजिक इंजीनियरिंग डिविजन (टाटा पावर एसईडी) के साथ एक समझौता किया जिसे समुद्र के भीतर खतरों का पता लगाने के लिए पोतों पर लगाया जाता है।
टाटा पावर एसईडी ने प्रौद्योगिकी हस्तांतरण के तहत सोनार का उत्पादन बेंगलुरू स्थित अपनी इकाई में करने के लिए इस्राइल की डीएसआईटी साल्युशंस लिमिटेड के साथ साझेदारी की है।

US-based Moody's upgraded India's sovereign credit rating by a notch to 'Baa2' with a stable outlook citing improved growth prospects driven by economic and institutional reforms. The rating upgrade comes after a gap of 13 years.
Moody's had last upgraded India's rating to 'Baa3' in 2004.
देशों को क्रेडिट रेटिंग देने वाली अमेरिकी संस्था मूडीज ने सम्प्रभु देशों की रेटिंग में भारत के स्थान में सुधार करते हुए उसे ‘बीएए2’ कर दिया है। मूडीज द्वारा किया गया यह सुधार भारत के लिए बड़ा सकारात्मक कदम है।
मूडीज ने 13 वर्ष के बाद भारत की क्रेडिट रेटिंग में सुधार किया है। इससे पहले वर्ष 2004 में संस्था ने भारत की क्रेडिट रेटिंग में सुधार करते हुए उसे ‘बीएए3’ किया था।
